The joys of understanding origins of food, living a different pace of life intertwining with nature felt like a long lost dream ( I've lived in UK, Yorkshire for some time you see). In actual fact, if we look around closely, farm life in this city bubble may not be as farfetched and as the opportunities to create a greener environment are bountiful. It is a beauty to witness food waste transforming into compost, the most splendid concoction to give back to nature.
